I let you choose the platform that suits you best, unless it's a bad idea (GoDaddy, I'm looking at you). If you’re not sure, no worries! On our first call I will walk you through options and give you the pro/con list on them all. Once you have that, you can sit on it for a day or so and let me know which you’d like to proceed with.

Pre-build, I send out an in depth questionnaire for you to tell me more about your business. I use these answers to write the copy for your website, so I always encourage in depth responses! The only thing I don't write is the 'About Me' section, so that’s sent over to you separately. :)

We start with a consultation to chat through your vision, your timeline and what we may need to accomplish prior to the build like branding photos. Once we’ve had our meeting, I’ll send you over your unique proposal of services with your outline mapped out.

Once we wrap up your build, it’s peace out! Just kidding. I wouldn’t do you like that. 

We schedule our final call, be it a Google Meet or an in person meeting for those local, and I show you how to navigate the ‘back office’ of your new website. I don't stay on as a retainer contractor post-build, instead allowing clients a three month period post build for minor tweaks at no extra charge. After that, you can always reach out to me to schedule any edits you may have as your business grows. If in doubt about making a change to the website yourself, just message me!

I'm open to all the fun and elaborate details. Send me your branding, a Pinterest board, and any inspo websites. We'll discuss what you like—functionality, design, navigation—during our pre-build Google Meet.

Launch Days are my favorite. Once we’ve completed the build, reviewed it together + you’re feeling excited and ready to launch, I will send you over a graphic to share on your socials to generate interest.
